Our Story

How It All Started

Established in 2021 with the initial name The Art of Pho, our restaurant was later changed to Pho Nga Son with the vision to bring the authentic taste of Vietnamese cuisine to Canada. Through years of culinary experience, the team of dedicated Chefs at Pho Nga Son have added their innovative touch in the traditional recipes of Vietnamese signature dishes, bringing out the most authentic and original tastes of Vietnam. Graduated from Centennial College and School of Culinary Management, our owner Sonny Vo has gained extensive knowledge through his years of studying and working in a variety of established hotels and restaurants in GTA. Sonny has been blessed with the opportunity to learn from some of the finest culinary cultures including French, Italian, American, and Vietnamese cuisines. These valuable insights into the world of culinary and the guests’ expectations have always been the guiding light for any dish that we create and serve at Pho Nga Son.
